5 day GIS course for conservation and development practitioners

Azim Premji University, Bangalore is delighted to offer a short course ‘Introduction to Mapping and Geographical Information Systems using Quantum GIS’. This course is designed specifically for professionals working in various domains of conservation and development. The five-day course will start on Dec 03, 2018.

Venue information:

The course will be conducted at the Azim Premji University campus in Electronic City, Bangalore.  The registration fees includes tuition, reading materials and resource kit. The participants will be required to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation, and to meet the food expenses during the programme – which is available in and around the campus at nominal rates. This course will be conducted at the University computer lab, so the participants are not required to bring their personal laptops.

Those who participate fully in the program will be awarded a certificate of ‘Participation’.
