MOHAN Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization started to promote organ donation in 1997 in Chennai by philanthropists and medical professionals led by Dr. Sunil Shroff. The Foundation was started by a group of like-minded and concerned medical and non-medical professionals committed to increasing the reach of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act.
The mission of MOHAN Foundation is to ensure that every Indian who is suffering from end stage organ failure be provided with the ‘gift of life’ through a life-saving organ.

Post Graduate Diploma in Transplant Coordination and Grief Counselling

Learn At Your Own Pace 
MOHAN Foundation offers a structured one year Post Graduate Diploma in Transplant Coordination and Grief Counselling where you can learn at your own pace. This is a unique blended learning module (E-learning and face-to-face contact sessions) for working health care professionals.

Creating a cadre of health care professionals dedicated to “Transplant Coordination and Grief Counselling” in India and South Asia to improve Organ Donation Rate in this region.

About the Course
This course will help you understand the requirements for both deceased and living organ donations and transplantation with a focus towards kidney and liver transplantation.

Who should Join 
Doctors / Nurses / Allied Science graduates / Graduates in any subject / Masters in Social Work / Psychology / Sociology / Social Sciences / Public Health / Hospital Administration who wish to have a value-add to their qualification.
