Purpose of Job
|Single point contact accountable for all maintenance & Admin activities in the territory, responsible for improving franchisee relationship by ensuring quality service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.|

|Essential Qualifications||Graduate with experience of accounts and team management
|Essential Experience||Min 2-3 yrs relevant exp

o Assign JFE according to franchisee Maintenance Issue and provide solution to JFE according to issue
o Get issue resolved within target time as per priority, confirm with franchisee & report to RM.
o Check and Approve Payment Voucher and Cash Voucher.
o Send Daily Cash report to HQ on daily basis and account for all cash.
o Check Petty Cash and Book cash on Daily Basis
o Interview potential franchisees/ owners for finalization
o Dispatch Plants to new locations with proper Testing and Material for installation
o Arrange franchisee meetings and arrange Franchisee location visits.
o Check all document related to Sales like (Agreement, supporting documents eg. ID, Address Proof,Confirm Franchisee Fees )
o Cross Check Inventory on daily basis and reconcile with Dispatchers.
o Seek assistance of Inventory Manager & escalate immediately, if issue remains unresolved
o Negotiate price and quality with vendors & seek approvals before making any purchases.
5. Franchise relations
o Respond to the business and service needs of the Franchisees. Ensure Franchisee satisfaction.
o Provide value-added services and products to Franchisees in order to enhance their business
o Provide franchisee Marketing & printing material, printed/dispatched in time, post approval from GM(Rural Operations)
6. Compliances, Legal and Accountability
o Collections: Ensure that water revenue and merchandise revenue due is collected from the franchisee on time. Settle pending collection balances.
o Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed by both the Company and Franchisee.
o Expedite & handle legal issues and court cases that occur with franchisees, with due care and attention.
