The aim of the project is to study of the status of the Early Literacy Education in ICDS centre though Baseline and midline assessment across Marahashtra.

Post : Investigators  Requirement: 8

Job profile: The investigators will be responsible for the following‐
– Take part in training for the Baseline and Endline assessment
– Carrying out Baseline and Endline assessment of anganwadis across the divisions in
Maharashtra
– Carrying out interviews of anganwadi sevikas
– Preparing report

Type of Post: full time
Type of appointment: contract
Duration: seven months only in two
Qualification: Post graduation in any discipline. Experience or academic background of Early Childhood Education or Education would be preferable.
Skills : Excellent communication skills, Leardership qualities, Team player.
Good computer skills with use of internet.
Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in English and Marathi and Hindi.
Field experience will be of advantage.
Salary: INR 18000 per month (excluding the travel and logistic allowance)

Post : Coordinator | Requirement: 1

Job profile: The Coordinator will be responsible for the following‐
– Take part in training for the Baseline and Midline assessment
– Monitoring of field work.
– Visiting Anganwadis during the surveys
– Preparing report
– Helping transcription and translation of interviews
– Documenting the process

Type of Post: full time
Type of appointment: contract
Duration: seven months only
Qualification: Post graduation in any discipline. Experience in research and Early Childhood Education is preferable.
Skills : Excellent communication skills, Leardership qualities, Team player.
Good computer skills with use of internet.
Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in English, Marathi and Hindi
Field experience will be of advantageous
Salary: INR 40,000 per month (excluding the logistic allowance)
