Position Summary
The program team at Learning Curve is dedicated to ensuring a process-driven and quality-focused approach to the implementation of Learning Curve’s program in partner schools.
This is a critical role that is responsible for end-to-end implementation, including but not limited to co-ordination with the schools, providing development support to teachers and managing relationships with schools.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Acting as the single point of contact for teachers and school management in the assigned partner schools
- Planning and co-ordinating support visits, mentor conversations and other implementation touchpoints at the assigned partner schools
- Facilitating program inductions and assessment orientations with the teachers
- Ensuring that program implementation is being carried out as per the agreed plan
- Conducting support visits as scheduled and managing the teacher debriefs and support process
- Supporting teacher engagement
- Interfacing between other stakeholders such as the facilitator, mentor team and impact team (for data and reporting)
- Building and managing relationships with school management
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Essential)
- Post graduate degree in Social Work/equivalent (Desired)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the education sector, preferably with a non-profit organization
