From the apps that are changing how we shop, eat and communicate, to cloud computing that can make anywhere a place of work, technology is moving quickly, and society is having to adapt just as fast. We have come a long way since the days of chalkboards, but India’s educational sector is arguably lagging behind when it comes to building a connected learning environment suited for today’s “digital natives”. The sector must modernise and adapt, in order to provide learners with the content that is relevant to them.
As part of our work at Mantra4change and ShikshaLokam, a societal platform in the education leadership space, we are finding the need to augment our capacity for putting up high-quality, seed digital content and resources on the Platform. ShikshaKalp aims to build a pool of change agents who can design digital content and curate learning experiences on the platform.
We are pleased to announce an initiative called ShikshaKalp Fellowship. It is a two year fellowship program with the stipend of Rs. 35,000.
