And finally, the Ambedkar Week Schedule is here!

For the 127th birth anniversary of Dr. B R Ambedkar, through dialogue and performances, we are celebrating the voices of the people who are always silenced by the masters of hegemonic powers.

We invite you to join us for a week-long program from 9th April to 13th April,2018  with the objective of understanding the legacy of Dr Ambedkar through a series of discussions, debates and cultural events at Azim Premji University through three discourses:

1. A dialogue around the intersections of gender, sexuality, and caste by queer and trans activists.
2. The reimagining of neglected ideas of Ambedkar on national defence and international relationship.
3. The gathering of student voices across Indian universities who are fighting for an equitable academic and cultural space through Ambedkarite ideology.
