Makkala Jagriti is a 15 year old not-for-profit organisation based in Bangalore, working towards enhancing quality education through holistic development for socio-economically disadvantaged children.

Makkala Jagriti works on the Holisitic Development of children(6-14 yrs) and we focus on the Socio-emotional, physical, intellectual and creative development of children.
We are looking for passionate indivduals who can contribute to the HDLC programme in the following roles and we prefer those who have prior work experience in the same.
The role of this person will be to conceptualise, design, plan and execute the program with a team of implementers at the ground level.
- Manager, creative development (fine art, performing art, creative problem solving etc.)
- Manager, socio-emotional development(life skills, awareness sessions, attitude etc. )
- Manager, physical development (sports, martial arts etc)
- Manager, intellectual development (language development and teacher empowerment)
