Designation: Producer Institution Building Executives (PIB Executive) to be positioned in field
Service area: Each PIB Executive to cover about 100 villages
Required (Mandatory):
- Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in local language (read, write and speak), in addition to English.
- Should have a Motor cycle with a valid license
- Desired:
- Masters in Rural development / Rural Science
- Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years in farmer’s Education cum training programmes, especially in Dairy sector
- Experience in participatory training techniques
- Experience in writing articles in newsletter , designing messages for producer communication
