Our mission is to grow and support social-sector organizations, leaders and programs to ensure large-scale, sustainable,  and replicable social impact. Our solutions span two domains: organization and leadership development and program capacity building.  The program capacity building vertical provides solutions in: applied research, program design and set up; evaluation and documentation & reporting. We are sector agnostic and work across India with stakeholders in the public, private and civil society realms. Role Description: This role will be required to support the program capacity building team in executing program design, monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment projects. Specifically, the role is expected to,

  • Carry out primary research where ever applicable, through focussed group discussions and interviews – this may involve travel to remote locations
  • Secondary and desk research
  • Analysis of data and report writing in the context of specific impact evaluation projects
  • Support multiple projects
  • Willing to work across domains

Criteria:

  • A Postgraduate with a social science background
  • 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in the social impact space is preferred
  • Must have excellent research methods skills such as-proposal development, program ideation, sampling methods and development of data collection tools, primary (field) research, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and report writing
