1) PROGRAM OFFICER
Location: New Delhi
Organization: ISRN (Indian Social Responsibility Network)
Salary Range: Based on experience and competences
Qualification Required: Masters in Social studies/Rural Development/MSW
Experience Desired: 4 – 5 years
Competencies Expected:
Good understanding of socio-development sector
Ability to build strong linkages/ networks/contacts with Govt., Corporate & NGOs and other concerned agencies.
Proven experience of fundraising, at least one-year relevant experience.
Achieving fundraising targets, identification of potential new partnerships and management of relationships with funders/members
Good inter-personal skills and ability to plan, balance and manage competing priorities
Fluency in English speaking is must
Excellent written communication in English language is highly essential.
Good standard of IT including Microsoft Office and databases
Efficient in drafting reports and proposals.
Knowledge & exposure of CSR Project would be an added advantage.
Travel to project areas and donor meetings as needed.
Multitasking and good team player with high level of commitment
2) ASSISTANT PROGRAM OFFICER
Location: New Delhi
Organization: ISRN (Indian Social Responsibility Network)
Salary Range: Based on experience and competences
Qualification Required: Masters in MSW/ Rural development Management/Mass Communication/ MBA
Experience Desired: 1-3 years
Competencies Expected:
Good inter-personal skills
Fluency in English speaking is must
Excellent written communication in English language is highly desired
Efficient in MS Office and IT skills
Ability to draft reports and proposals.
Knowledge & exposure of CSR Project would be an added advantage.
Understanding of fundraising activities and related campaigns designed to create new, as well as foster existing donors
Travel to project areas and donor meetings as needed.
Multitasking and good team player with high level of commitment
Office management skills
