Navina Haidar is an eminent curator and scholar, and helped lead the planning of the Metropolitan Museum’s Islamic galleries which opened in November 2011.

She has many extraordinary exhibitions and publications to her credit, including the landmark exhibition in 2015 on the art of India’s Deccan sultans, which is the subject of her lecture on Friday, 10th March, 2017, at 6 p.m. at NGMA.
