In the  last 3 years, LIFT  has trained 220 municipal school teachers through its rigorous one year teacher training program. In AY 2016-17, LIFT  in partnership with  Pune Municipal Corporation is taking its work  to  the  next  level  of  sustainability  by undertaking  a  LIFT  School  Improvement  Project  for  municipal schools  in  Pune.  The project  aims  to  institutionalize  sound  teacher  education  &  school  improvement practices at the level of school to improve the student learning outcomes.
