Details on the roles:

Talerang is looking to build capability and add to the start- up team. The roles below all present an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to play a critical role in a new and innovative organization that aims to create a generation of leaders who will transform the effectiveness of India’s workforce. We have a 70-30 structure, where team members work largely on a specific role but also contribute to 1 or 2 additional verticals depending on their skills.

 

Roles:

1)      Talent Search Associate, Mumbai and Pune:

  1. a) Identify and attract the right kind of talent for our Future CEOs program.
  2. b) Build partnerships with key colleges across Mumbai and Pune for Talerang,driving our brand and presence at leading educational institutions within the country.
  3. c) Help oversee and manage student recruitment campaigns, including engaging with Talerang’s campus delegate network, presenting at key colleges and speaking with high potential students.
  4. d) Have strong organizational ability and exceptional communication skills.
  5. e) Have the ability to motivate and mentor the campus delegate network effectively.
  6. f) Have compassion, energy, relentless spirit and a strong sense of urgency to meet goals.

 

2)      CampaignManager, National:

  1. a) Manage the Talent Search and Marketing Teams to ensure Talerang is effectively building a brand both online and offline
  2. b) Have an ability to effectively manage data, find patterns and associations and creative effective systems and processes for the campaign
  3. c) Ensure the Future CEOs program is attracting students that meet our quality criteria in the volumes required
  4. d) Have strong organizational ability and exceptional communication skills.
  5. e) Have the ability to motivate and mentor the team effectively, and build relationships with key stake-holders across colleges, the media and partner organizations.
  6. f) Have compassion, energy, relentless spirit and a strong sense of urgency to meet goals.

3)      Program Manager, National:

  1. a) Manage the Future CEOs program from end to end (training, mentorship, internship opportunities) to ensure effective execution on the ground.
  2. b) Have strong organizational ability and event management skills in order to ensure smooth running of training programs across multiple locations, coordinating with various stake-holders and moving parts.
  3. c) Have a strong quality focus and the ability to coach trainers to deliver impactful sessions.
  4. d) Build a good rapport with students as well as their parents, build lasting relationships with internship managers, location partners and guest speakers.
  5. e) Have the ability to motivate and mentor the team effectively.
  6. f) Have compassion, energy, relentless spirit and a strong sense of urgency to meet goals.

 

Additional experience and abilities:

 

  • 2 years of work experience for Associate roles, 5+ years of experience for the Manager role
  • Desire to work with talented and passionate young leaders from across India
  • Self-starter with an ability to get things done
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, work in and manage teams
  • Comfort with technology is a huge plus
  • Comfort with travel and long work hours are required
