The Tiny Seed is a non-profit organisation based in Kottayam, Kerala, which works to provide solutions to enhance the standards in facilities and tools available for a quality education in rural schools in Kerala.
We are looking for men/women with the proficiency and passion to enable and inspire
teachers as part of our Teacher Training Programme.
Job Title : Training Coordinator and Facilitator (Full Time)
Job Location : Kottayam, Kerala

Eligibility Criteria :
– Post Graduation from a recognised university, national or international
– Qualification in Education (B.Ed, MA in Education, M.Ed etc.)
– A minimum 2-3 years of experience in classroom teaching at pre-school, primary or
secondary level
– Good people skills
– Great verbal, and written communication skills
– Proficient in Malayalam and English
Prior Experience in Training is preferred but not mandatory.
There will be a rigorous selection and interview process for the post. Remuneration will be
commensurate with expertise and experience.
